Folding unit: Servo fast folding structure will solve these problems, and the cartons will be transported by chain hooks after passing through the press creasing line to the folding position. Two servo motors drive the folding arm to fold the carton. After folding, the chain hook pushes corrugated board into the stitching part, and the front and rear baffle is leveled back and forth to complete the stitching, so as to solve the problem of high and low feet of carton and fishtail carton.
Stacker unit: The top counting ejector unit, the glued box will be more standardized after the second beating, each carton must be beaten more than once, which is much better than the bottom inserting type.
